Authors are invited to contribute original papers dealing with conference topics. The Programme and Scientific Committee will review all papers and then decide which of those accepted will be included in the oral presentation and which in the poster presentation. All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings. Before the start of the conference, the proceedings will be published and included in the conference material, which will be given to all participants.

Editorial Board of Journal of Mechanical Engineering (www.fs.uni-lj.si/sv) has decided that special edition will be published in May 2005 contributed to 5th International Conference on Industrial Tools – ICIT 05. Some most quality papers of the conference will be published in Journal of Mechanical Engineering.

Journal of Mechanical Engineering is indexed in SciSearch, Research Alert and SCI-Expanded ISI, Philadelphia, Pa. In the JRC 98 Database JME has an impact factor of 0,05.
